A building to be used in Indolentia, it's based on a water tower from "Town of Pullman, Cook County", I goofed with the number of entrances and other things, but creating an exact replica was never the intention, since all I found was a blueprint.

Panopticon, a prison design from late 19th century. Search wikipedia for more details. This particular one has a two-way mirror tower inside and the entrance underground. Also one storey higher then the original design, still no beds or convicts to worry about yet.
